Our Refund Policy for our Be a Mentee program: 

​

Mentor Her Limited (“Mentor Her” or “us” or “we” or “our”) provides an online platform that connects Mentors (“Mentor”, “they”) with individuals seeking Mentoring services (“Mentee” or “you”) via videoconferencing, messaging, email and document collaboration, (Online Platform) and in person meetings. Program refers to our six week program taking place five times a year, full list of dates can be found on our website. “Program” refers to next program scheduled in calendar.

 

Cancellation before the Program begins:

 

If you have paid in full before the program begins and inform us by writing to hello@mentorher.global that you no longer wish to take part in the program no more than 7 days in advance of our program start date, you will be offered a full refund.

 

If your written cancellation occurs less than seven days before the program begins, a €50 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Cancellation in Week One

 

We cannot guarantee any single Mentor’s availability on our program. If you have requested a specific Mentor, we will do our utmost to get you matched with them on our program. If we have matched you with a suitable Mentor on our program, but you would prefer another Mentor we will re-match you up to 3 times. If, after the third time, you do not like your Match we will cancel your application with us on the program and a €50 administration fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can move your application to our next program at no extra charge and be top of the list for matching.

 

If we cannot find you a Mentor, we will refund you in full or transfer your application to our next program at no extra charge to be top of the list for Matching on our next program.

 

Our matching is done by real humans with a 98% effective rate. Our Mentors confirms their Matches first, before we send it to our Mentees and decides the suitability of your partnership together. Mentors do not accept matches that they deem to be unsuitable.

 

If you have accepted your Mentor and have been in contact but they decide to drop out of the program, we calculate your refund on a week-by-week basis. If your Mentor drops out at anytime from Week One to Week Five, we can transfer your application over to our next program at no extra charge- with your application at the top of our next list. Please note, the opportunity to transfer to our next program is in-lieu of requesting a refund. If you request a refund from us, your application will not be considered on our next program but may be considered on programs after that. 

 

Our program fees are not only calculated by access with your Mentor but also by the other material provided to you on the program including online workshops (worth €250 per program), our weekly material (worth €200-€350 per program) alongside the other benefits that Mentor Her provides, like access to our community.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
