Claire is an Executive coach, in the past she has worked as an expert in advertising agencies, and then a decade as a sales leader in Google.

About Her

Meet Claire, she is a a Career Coach (EMCC accredited) and Leadership Trainer. She set up her own coaching and training practice after finally taking the career advice she had been dishing out for several years -"figure out a way to do more of the stuff that you love, in the precious waking hours that you have”. She now works 1:1 and in groups with mid-career clients to effectively tackle career development and enhance leadership skills.
Claire has a psychology background, she worked a ten-year stint in advertising agencies, and then a decade as a sales leader in Google. She now draws on her qualifications, training and experience in leadership, mentoring & people management in her 1:1 career coaching and group training. Claire is also an accredited DiSC behavioural profile practitioner - enabling individual professionals and teams to uncover and act upon strengths & blind spots in order to excel.
Claire has lived and worked abroad, been promoted several times, made redundant once, held Board of Management positions, changed industries, returned after maternity leave twice and sick leave once, has experienced both thriving and toxic work environments and is a working parent. Claire has two young sons and outside of work her household of three free spirits love bikes, Pokemon cards, blackberry picking and adventuring.
