Claire is the founder and woman behind Kaiser Coaching. Upon graduating from the National College of Ireland with a Human Resources degree, Claire has worked in a variety of industries for the past 15 years providing HR services. Continuous development is something she believes very strongly in and over the years she has studied lean six sigma, employment law & most recently executive coaching. On completion of her coaching course, Claire knew she wanted to carve out a career in this area & so in early 2020 she set up her business, Kaiser, to offer Coaching & HR Consultancy services. While running her own business is new territory & something she's still learning to navigate, her experience and passion for what she does makes her confident in working with people to be able to add real value so people can see & feel results. Learn-Action-Result is Kaiser's game plan & Claire believes it can be used in every walk of life!
