Ester is a People Manager at Autodesk. She always knew that her purpose in life was tied to the wellbeing of other human beings. She didn’t know at the time how to achieve it and this one of the reasons why she would like to participate in the Mentor her program. Provide support and mentorship to women that need support in their career path. Ester is Spanish, she moved to Ireland 12 years ago. She is currently working as a People manager at Autodesk in Dublin. She has more than 8 years of experience as Trainer, Mentor, and Manager in international corporations with multicultural environment. Focus in Career growth, development and motivate people to achieve their personal and professional goals. In 2018, Ester took a break and travelled to Nepal. It was in the mountain of Annapurna, surrounded by nature and peace that she found her true path. Today, she is qualified as a Transpersonal and Leadership Coach, focused on Emotional Intelligence. Outside of her roles at Autodesk, she works as a career coach and mentor with women helping them start their professional careers, achieve their career goals, create new businesses, and transform their actual business into a digital business. Ester is passionate about people, teamwork and empowering women. She believes that as human beings we have all the skills we need to be successful.
