Eunice is an Asset Management Analyst in the Financial Sector. She is a 23 year old woman living in Ireland and since graduating from her course in International Business and Chinese in 2019, she has found herself rapidly being exposed to the corporate world. Up until graduation, she did not realize how vast the financial sector really was and gaining exposure to different aspects of finance has allowed her to up-skill and develop in a myriad of ways. Eunice spent a year in China improving her Mandarin skills and specializing in marketing and management but she soon realized that her interests were more focused on finance. Coming back to Ireland for her final year of college, she made the decision to switch her specialism to finance. Since then she’s gained access and experience to the banking industry with her first job in Risk management and Funds investigation and also her current role in Asset Management and Valuation, giving her exposure to the investment and management aspects of finance. Eunice’s passion for mentoring began with her struggles in finding the right career path and being faced with a lot of difficult decisions after graduation. She wants to share her experiences with others, give them a helping hand and offer as much support as she can because she believes climbing the career ladder is something that should not be done alone. As women, she believes we should be comfortable in sharing our experiences and platforms with one another and help each other develop in as many ways as possible.
