Isabel is a Leadership Development & Organisational Coach. She was lucky enough to be born in Papua New Guinea; a beautiful and unique country. Many of her early experiences were very different and she is eternally grateful for all of them as they broadened her horizons, made her appreciate the wonder of this world and have shaped who she is today. When she was 16, her family decided to move to the UK and she spent all of her formative academic life in London, including graduating from University College London in Anthropology. After a few years of sabbatical, she decided to enter into her career of Human Resources with Accenture. From her very first recruitment role at Accenture to the final Human Resources Director role at TeamCMP in Barcelona, she has been fortunate enough in her 20 year HR career to have the opportunity to work in many different parts of HR from talent acquisition to coaching and everything in between, and across a broad set of industries including consulting, banking, gaming, fintech, marketing, digital mental health, edtech, data privacy and technology and within UK, Europe, USA and Asia. In early 2020, Isabel decided to pursue a lifelong dream to set up a coaching and development business which is now in its second year and going from strength to strength. Since her first coaching role in banking 15 years ago, coaching has been an integral part of her career. She has had the privilege to coach people from Executive levels to emerging talent both inside and outside of business. Her integrated coaching techniques pull from the 15 years of experience she has coaching within business and established psychology techniques to ensure her clients get to where they want to be. As part of her commitment to women, alongside her commercial practice, she has set up a pro bono practice which focuses purely on women and through that, she has been lucky enough to meet some truly outstanding individuals. In her spare time, Isabel is an enthusiastic sports woman, a sleep and wellbeing enthusiast, a yoga and breathwork instructor and a loving friend, partner and family member. She is a lifelong learner, always finding ways to make small improvements and is committed to the learning and development of others, whether that be in their personal or professional lives.
