She is an accredited emotional intelligence practitioner with a BA in eBusiness and postgraduate Diplomas in Organisational Behaviour, Executive Coaching, and Leadership.

With a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading diverse, multinational teams in both EMEA and internationally, her passion lies in understanding and positively influencing workplace dynamics and behaviours.
