Regina is an Associate Director in Corporate Banking, Bank of Ireland and a qualified Executive coach. She has over 20 years experience in Financial Services, and has worked in management roles in Retail, Business Banking and Corporate Banking. She has diverse industry exposure having worked with a wide variety of businesses and sectors over the years and has a proven ability in the area of key stakeholder management, people management, credit & risk management and ultimately delivering for the customer. Regina has a keen interest in the area of Learning and Development and served as a Board Director in the Institute of Banking (recognised college of UCD) from 2012 to 2018. During this time she chaired a number of the Institute’s committees, was employed as Examiner for the Professional Diploma in Corporate Banking Credit and achieved Fellow designation. She recently completed the Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching through Kingstown College which complements Regina’s business and leadership capability, her keen interest in life long learning and her passion in helping others on their professional journey.
