Chantelle is a General Manager in the Hospitality/Entertainment Industry. Her Journey so far has been one of immense personal and professional growth. She is currently the General Manager of an Entertainment complex that pre-covid employed over 100 staff. She has been working towards attaining this position over the past 3-4 years. Chantelle returned to college having originally studied sports to reskill in the area of business management. It's a decision that she wouldn't change for the world. She has been extremely lucky to have had positive mentors throughout her career so far and now she would love the opportunity to be that individual for others to be able to call on for support and advice. Without their support she would not be where she is today. Currently Chantelle is undertaking a Masters in the area of Innovation and Leadership as to aid her continued development as a leader. This will also help her to continue to develop her newly launched online Coaching business in the area of Lifestyle, Health and Fitness. She truly believes that everyday is the opportunity to learn and that she could learn from the mentees as much as they can from her.
