Neeve is the founder and woman behind Be Coaching Solutions. Her story begins in January of 2019, when Neeve was at a personal transformational workshop in London. She was burnt-out, sick and incredibly unhappy. Neeve was at the peak of her career, earning more than she thought possible and well, from other people’s perspective, 'living the dream'. The facilitator asked her directly - 'What do you really want?', it took Neeve a few minutes to respond. It wasn't so much the directness of the question but more her inability to articulate her needs that startled her. She was a Coach after all, shouldn’t she have it all figured out? She remembers stumbling across her words as she grasped at articulating what was scrambled in her brain for so long. And then it came..... the absolute realisation that she wanted to be a full time Coach, work no more than 4 days per week and have a life outside of work. WOW.... where had all of that come from? She proceeded to immediately dismiss her ‘vision' with a declaration of it being impossible. The facilitator then asked 'why'? All she could think about was the fact that she couldn’t get her job done in 12 hours a day, 5 days per week and travelling at least once per month, how could she possibly live that dream? Fast forward 9 months later. Neeve left the Corporate world, became a full time Coach and opened 'Be' Coaching Solutions. She had worked in the Corporate world for 23+ years at that stage, she was Director for Human Resources (HR) across Europe at LinkedIn and prior to that at Facebook. She spent 14 years in the UK also predominately in the Tech space, always in HR. As a HR professional, she was exposed early to some great Coaches and some really not good Coaches. Neeve decided she wants to be a great Coach, and so, pursued that passion ever since.
