With a successful career in Sales under her belt, she decided that wasn't all that what she wanted to do. So she set about identifying what she enjoyed, her strengths and where she might like to go next. She got a loan from the credit union, signed up for a CIPD course at night and the rest, as they say is history! With further experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development and most recently Coaching, Samantha has refined her skills to help people do more and be more effective in their daily lives. Helping them make better choices that support their personal and professional development. With a mixture of experience from global enterprises & high-growth start ups, her ability to transform and pivot is key to being successful.
